Version 0.1.0 of the app is free and has nothing to buy. The plans below apply from the first version that offers them.
Set up first, then pay only for what runs on its own. You buy every plan in the app through the App Store. There is no account to create.

Prices are in US dollars. Other App Store countries get Apple's equivalent price, which the app and the App Store show before you buy, in your currency and including VAT.
How it works
- Set up everything for free. Add a server and check it with a test message, or pair your agent. The app asks you to pick a plan only once the connection works.
- Export is always free. Export a JSON or CSV file of the types you choose, any time and as often as you like, to see exactly what Syncky can send.
- The free trial applies to the yearly Sync + Relay plan for new subscribers. Cancel at least 24 hours before the 7 days end and you pay nothing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID. To stop renewal, cancel in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your connections and settings stay.
- When a plan ends, what it unlocked stops at the end of the period. Relay keeps undelivered messages for up to 7 days and the pairing for 7 days after the subscription finally ended (a failed payment first runs through Apple's grace period, during which Relay keeps working, and Apple's payment retries, during which it accepts no data), in case you come back, and tells your agent and your iPhone before it deletes anything. Sync lifetime, once bought, is yours.
- Upgrading from Sync to Sync + Relay takes effect at once. Apple credits the unused part of your Sync subscription. A Sync lifetime purchase does not count toward Sync + Relay.
- Family Sharing is not available.
- Refunds and withdrawal. Your purchase contract is with Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. In the EU you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the invoice through Apple Account › Purchase History › Withdraw Transaction, as Apple's Media Services Terms describe; see the Terms.
Why Relay costs more
Relay is the only part of Syncky that runs on our servers. It is a mailbox that holds your encrypted messages until your agent collects them. The Sync + Relay plan pays for that. Servers you run yourself cost us nothing, so they are in the cheaper plan.
