We want Syncky Health and this website to be usable by everyone.

This website is plain HTML with no scripts and one stylesheet: headings in order, text links, tables with header rows, a light and a dark colour scheme that follow the system setting. If a page is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or magnification, tell us at support@syncky.app and we fix it.

The app is built with the standard iOS controls, so iOS assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Switch Control apply to it as to other iOS apps. The pairing link can be pasted instead of scanned. The app has not had an accessibility audit; report anything that does not work for you and we treat it as a bug.

Legal status. The EU Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Austrian Barrierefreiheitsgesetz apply from 28 June 2025 to e-commerce services. Syncky is run by a microenterprise (fewer than ten people and under two million euro turnover), and microenterprises that provide services are exempt (§ 6 Abs. 1 Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, Art. 4(5) of the Directive). We rely on that exemption for the formal obligations and keep the practices above anyway. This statement is updated when the business grows beyond the exemption.
